Phoenix Vessel Services was appointed as the Recognized Security Organization (RSO) by the Autoridad Marítima de Panamá (AMP) for the Panamá Vessel Registry on August 10, 2003.

Phoenix brings a long history of professional security operations in the maritime sector to this responsibility.

We work closely with the vessel agents, class societies, maritime attorneys, and the AMP staff to insure that the Ship Security Plans (SSP) meet all of the requirements in the ISPS code.
