Phoenix has developed a comprehensive and practical model Ship Security Assessment for use as a reference tool when preparing or conducting the ship security assessment. This model is based on our many years of "hands-on" experience conducting maritime security operations. (pdf file, 56 pages 1,009 KB)

  Ship Security Plan (SSP) Checklist
Phoenix has developed a ship security plan checklist that is designed to make sure all of the required items by ISPS Part/Section Reference are included in the SSP. (MS Excel file, 48 pages 103KB)
Instructions on how to use the Checklist
The Checklist is the tool by which your plan will be measured. Please make sure you complete the entire checklist. In the column headed DOC. REFERENCE enter the page and/or section number of your plan that corresponds to the ISPS Code Part/Section.
