Phoenix Vessel services has the expertise and the staff
to assist ship owners and operators, port authorities,
marine terminal and facility operators in meeting the requirements
of the new ISPS Code (Parts A and B) and the new U.S. Coast
Guard security regulations issued 1 July 2003 under authority
of the Maritime Transportation Security Act (MTSA) of 2002.
In addition, Phoenix Vessel Services has provided vessel
and port security programs to major shipping and port/terminal
clients all over the world.
