Phoenix Vessel Services has been named the Recognized Security Organization (RSO) by the Autoridad Marítima de Panamá (AMP). Phoenix Vessel Services has the expertise in maritime/port security matters and with appropriate knowledge of commercial ship and port operations is authorized by the Administration to carry out Ship Security Plan (SSP) evaluations to ensure compliance with ISPS Code requirements.
